Airport Delete Record

The ADE file contains information to tell FSX what to to use from the stock file and what from the ADE file.   The Delete Tab shows you what ADE is going to replace.     This display shows the items which are being replaced by the ADE airport.   You cannot change these and indeed there is no need for you to do so.   It is possible to change whether the Approach Code from the ADE airport will be used or not.   This is an advanced feature and should not be needed by most users.
